Appellee, Sandra C. Redmond ("Mrs. Redmond"), filed a petition in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County seeking to hold appellant, Thomas W. Redmond ("Mr. Redmond"), in civil contempt for his alleged failure to comply with the terms of a divorce judgment (i.e., to refinance certain loans on real property). After a hearing, the court found Mr. Redmond in contempt of court, and sentenced him to 90 days in jail...
