I. INTRODUCTION

Aliceann Speicher appeals from a decree of dissolution entered by the district court which, inter alia, awarded her the parties' marital home, including Douglas Martin Speicher's interest in the home in satisfaction of delinquencies in temporary child support and temporary spousal support and in lieu of granting an attorney fee. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
