Plaintiff, Philip Morris, Inc., appeals the denial of subpoenas and subpoenas duces tecum requested pursuant to LSA-C.C.P. art. 1437, 1438, and 1463, and LSA-R.S. art. 13:3821 and 13:3824 A. We affirm.
