The issue in this workers' compensation case involving an occupational disease claim is whether petitioner, an employee of the Oregon Corrections Department (Department) who claimed that he had contracted tuberculosis (TB) while on the job, properly was denied access to certain medical records of prisoners in the custody of his employer. Petitioner asserts that those records may help him meet his burden of proof with respect to an occupational disease...
