Appellants-plaintiffs Gary Agee and several other former employees (Agee plaintiffs) of Central Soya Co., Inc. (Central Soya), appeal the trial court's order granting appellee-defendant Central Soya's motion to dismiss the plaintiffs' causes of action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
