In these consolidated cases involving plaintiff's duty to defend defendants Calvin E. Karr and Jayne H. Mohr under a homeowner's insurance policy, defendants appeal as of right from a trial court order granting summary disposition to plaintiff pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10) (no genuine issue with respect to any material fact). We affirm.
