This appeal arises from the district court's 12(b)(6) dismissal of a civil action pursuant to the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-1968, brought by plaintiffs Wilma Brannon and Charlene Thomas against Boatmen's Bancshares, Inc.
