Defendants appeal as of right from an opinion and order awarding defendants attorney fees and costs in this condemnation proceeding. We affirm.

Plaintiff initiated a condemnation action to acquire property owned by defendants for the purpose of the relocation of US-27 in Clinton County. Plaintiff made an initial good-faith offer of $1,625,655 pursuant to § 5 of the Uniform Condemnation Procedures...
