HOOD, Judge.

Defendant was convicted in 1994 of breaking and entering an occupied dwelling with the intent to commit a larceny therein, M.C.L. § 750.110; M.S.A. § 28.305. He was sentenced to one year in the Oceana County Jail and three years' probation. On July 15, 1996, defendant was convicted as a result of his plea of guilty of violating his probation by failing to report to his probation officer. He was sentenced to a term of four to fifteen years' imprisonment...
