The City of New Orleans (City) appeals the judgment of the trial court finding Officer Charles Noullet of the New Orleans Police Department was acting within the course and scope of his employment when the appellees, Leslie Russell and Danneel Miller, were injured on August 16, 1992. The City further appeals the general damages awarded to the Appellees in this matter.
