¶ 1 This appeal arises from an interpleader action filed by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm) to determine who is entitled to receive $20,674.78 in interpleaded funds. We hold that Tammy LaBombard has failed to show detrimental reliance and therefore Samaritan Health System (Samaritan) is not estopped to assert its medical lien.
