EDMONDS, Presiding Judge.

Petitioner, Inspector LLC (Inspector), seeks review of an order by the Construction Contractors Board (Board), in which the Board ordered Inspector to pay $6,038 in repair costs to respondents, the Hoskins. We review for substantial evidence and errors of law, ORS 183.482(8), and affirm.
