Brian Louis Delange ("Delange") appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment for Dutra Construction ("Dutra"). We affirm.

Dutra hired Delange out of a carpenter's union as a carpenter. His actual duties included mechanical work, welding, carpentry, supply runs, and occasional piledriving.
