SNELL, Justice.

This dispute arises over the effect of an antenuptial agreement. The widow of Loyd D. Spurgeon, Grace M. Spurgeon, sought personal property, a spousal allowance and payment of a bequest under Loyd's will from the estate. The district court denied all claims. The court of appeals affirmed on the issue of personal property disposition, and reversed the district court on the other issues.
