Randall Matezevich suffered fatal injuries in an industrial accident at his place of employment when his clothing became entangled in the rotating drive shaft of a vertical boring mill. Jennifer Geboy, as the personal representative of the deceased's estate, and Gregory Matezevich, by his guardian Jennifer Geboy, brought this state court action against TRL Inc., the company that sold the vertical boring mill to the deceased's employer.
