Defendant appeals from a judgment imposing an active sentence of a minimum term of 30 months and a maximum term of 45 months entered upon his conviction of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, a Class E felony. His only assignment of error is to the trial court's determination of his prior record points pursuant to G.S. § 15A-1340.14(b). We affirm.
