This appeal arises from the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding of Berryman Products, Inc. and Berryman Products of Delaware, Inc. ("Berryman" or "the Debtor").1 Appellants Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Matt Van Hart (collectively "Nationwide") appeal the district court's grant of the Debtor's motion to dismiss Nationwide's appeal of plan confirmation on the ground of mootness.
