Brian Coleman appeals an order granting summary judgment in favor of Mini-Mac Maintenance Service, Inc. (Mini-Mac), on the issue of Mini-Mac's negligence relating to an injury suffered by Mr. Coleman. Mini-Mac cross appeals, alleging that the trial court erred in denying summary judgment on the basis of workers' compensation immunity under the "borrowed servant" doctrine.
