FLAUM, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted Robert Hunter of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute crack cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and possession of powder cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a). The district court sentenced Hunter to 240 months imprisonment on each count and ordered that the punishments run concurrently. On appeal, Hunter challenges the sufficiency of the evidence of his guilt on both counts...
