¶ 1 Kenneth L. Ulrich, appearing pro se, appeals from an order of the Seventeenth Judicial District Court, Phillips County. The order upheld the Board of Funeral Service's (Board) revocation of Ulrich's mortician's license and its order that Ulrich may not petition the Board for reinstatement of that license until completion of all terms of his criminal sentence, including full payment of the restitution ordered by the district court.
