Defendant-appellant Edward Conhaim appeals from resentencing by the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York (Neal P. McCurn, Judge) on the issue of restitution. Defendant contends that the district court erred (1) by not ordering an updated presentence investigation report ("PSR") prior to the resentencing and (2) by imposing restitution without considering the financial needs of defendant's child...
