The defendant, Michael Lott, appeals his convictions on two counts of distribution of cocaine, as well as his adjudication and sentencing as a multiple offender. For the following reasons, we affirm the convictions, vacate the multiple offender adjudication and sentence and remand the matter to the trial court.
