On March 6, 1995, defendant was convicted upon his plea of guilty of the crime of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree and was sentenced to a term of five years' probation. He was also convicted upon a plea of guilty of the crime of driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to one year in jail.
