Lamardus Ford appeals a judgment convicting him of second offense possession of THC, contrary to §§ 161.41(3r) and 161.48, STATS., 1993-1994. He claims that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence because the search which produced the marijuana for which he was charged: (1) exceeded the scope of a Terry1 pat down, and (2) was not supported...
