Edith Schweitzer sued Appellants Advanced Telemarketing Corporation ("ATC") and NRP, Inc. ("NRP") under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"). The district court entered judgment on a jury verdict in Ms. Schweitzer's favor and denied the defendants' motions for judgment as a matter of law or, in the alternative, for a new trial. ATC and NRP appeal, alleging Ms. Schweitzer produced insufficient evidence to show either age discrimination...
