We find that the trial court erred in denying the motion to suppress (review of which was properly preserved in this court) and therefore reverse the order of the trial court in this delinquency proceeding. J.D. v. State, 568 So.2d 99 (Fla. 3d DCA 1990).

Reversed with directions to discharge...
