Seven former clerks, who worked in a state judicial district in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania (the "Clerks"), brought a sex discrimination suit pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 et seq., in the Middle District of Pennsylvania, which named Dauphin County, among others, as a defendant.
