This is an appeal challenging the amount of an attorney's fee award in a breach of contract action. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

I.

The appellants1 ("Sellers") sold a commercial warehouse to appellee SES Group-Granada Associates, Limited, a Florida limited partnership ("Buyer"). Appellees Peter J. Clancy and Robert C. Jones are the general partners of the limited partnership.
