WILKINSON, Chief Judge:

Gibraltar P.R. and Otoki Group, two clothing companies based in Puerto Rico, dispute the ownership of certain trademarks under a joint agreement between the two companies. Gibraltar filed suit in United States District Court, asking the court to compel Otoki to take the dispute to arbitration....
