This suit arises out of the explosion of a high pressure reactor which was part of a nitrogen fertilizer complex located in Westlake, Louisiana, and owned by Arcadian Corporation. Certain insurance companies, which insured Arcadian Corporation for its losses, have brought this action against Olin Corporation, seeking reimbursement for payments made pursuant to their policy obligations.
