Rounsavall appeals his convictions and sentence for conspiracy to distribute or possess with the intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine and money laundering. He contends that the government failed to prove a single conspiracy as alleged in the indictment, that testimony referring to his prior incarceration necessitated a mistrial, that the government offered insufficient evidence...
