Clifford Brisentine brought this lawsuit against Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation ("Stone & Webster") alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of Stone & Webster, holding that Brisentine's statutory claims were subject to compulsory arbitration pursuant to an arbitration clause in a collective bargaining agreement...
