Elizabeth Blum appeals an order denying her petition for a writ of mandamus to compel the Johnson Creek School Board to provide her access to certain records under the Open Records Law.1 Because we conclude that the requested records are confidential "pupil records" under § 118.125, STATS., they are exempt from public access and disclosure under § 19.36(1), STATS.
