Robert King appeals his conviction of one count of second-degree sexual assault of a child, contrary to § 948.02(2), STATS. He contends that the trial court erred when it ruled that the prosecutor's peremptory strikes of older females during voir dire did not violate King's right under the Equal Protection Clause of the United States and Wisconsin Constitutions.
