Sometime after 10 p.m. on September 25, 1992, two East Stroudsburg University students were struck by a motor vehicle while they were walking northbound along Smith Street in the Borough of East Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania and subsequently died from the resulting injuries.
