PEOPLE v. SANDERS

238 A.D.2d 215 (1997)

656 N.Y.S.2d 255

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Gregory Sanders, Appellant

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, First Department.

April 17, 1997

The time frames set forth in the indictment were sufficiently narrow. The longest time period charged was a 3 month summer period, and in view of the tender age of the victim, the nature of the crime, the People's diligence, and all the surrounding circumstances, this period was not excessively broad (see, People v Watt, 84 N.Y.2d 948; People v Keindl, 68 N.Y.2d 410).
