The Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing appeals from a circuit court order affirming a decision of the State Medical Examining Board. The board had dismissed the department's disciplinary action against George E. Farley, M.D., a radiologist. The department argues that the board's factual findings do not support its conclusion that Farley's failure to observe a bone fracture in a leg x-ray and his failure to observe an abnormality in a colon...
