A jury found Anthony Dawon Taylor guilty of conspiring to distribute and distributing crack cocaine (cocaine base) in the Southern Illinois town of Cairo. See 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1). The district court ordered Taylor, a career offender, to serve a prison term of 360 months. R. 37.
