This opinion is submitted in support of this court's order, dated February 25, 1997, denying plaintiffs' motions for partial judgment on the pleadings and granting judgment on the pleadings in favor of both defendants, Insurance Company of North America and Selective Way Insurance Company. For the reasons stated, the appeal should be denied and that order affirmed.
