The appellant, Rafial Mercade, has invoked our mandatory jurisdiction to review the trial court's order denying his motion to correct an illegal sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). See Fla. R.App. P. 9.140(i). We affirm because the record conclusively refutes the appellant's claim for relief.
