Eldridge) was injured in a motor vehicle collision with a tortfeaser on March 3, 1994. The tortfeaser's insurance company settled for the maximum limits of liability, $12,500, on July 24, 1995. The plaintiff's insurance company, the defendant in this action, denied the plaintiffs' claim under the underinsured coverage...
