Defendants-appellants Travelers Indemnity Company and Boulton Agency appeal an amended final judgment after a jury verdict finding that Boulton failed to procure sufficient insurance to cover non-owned vehicles and other assets at Phoenix Worldwide Industries' manufacturing plant which were destroyed by Hurricane Andrew. Plaintiff-appellee Phoenix Worldwide Industries cross-appeals the trial court's refusal to determine as a matter of law that ambiguity...
