Pedro Medina appeals orders entered by the circuit court denying appellant's motions for postconviction relief. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. We reverse and remand for an evidentiary hearing pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.812. We find there is a need for an evidentiary hearing because in the submissions to the circuit court pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.811 there were three experts stating...
