Eleanor Stagl appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Manuel L. Real, Judge1), granting a motion by the defendant, Delta Air Lines, Inc. ("Delta"), for judgment as a matter of law at the close of her presentation of evidence at trial.
