702 So.2d 1194 (1997)

STATE of Louisiana v. Alfred LABOSTRIE.

Court of Appeal of Louisiana, Fourth Circuit.

November 19, 1997.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Harry F. Connick, District Attorney of Orleans Parish, Richard R. Pickens, Assistant District Attorney of Orleans Parish, Orleans Parish, New Orleans, for State.

Elizabeth W. Cole, Christie J. Foster, Tulane Law Clinic, New Orleans, for Defendant.
