This is an appeal by the plaintiffs, Carla Thomas Scott and Kevin Scott, from a summary judgment granted in favor of the defendants, Louis McDaniel, Sylvester Van Norman and Scottsdale Insurance Company, finding no genuine issue of material fact existing regarding defendants' liability for causing an automobile accident in which the plaintiffs were injured.
