This is the consolidated appeal of two interlocutory orders rendered by the trial court in an action filed by the state against Bradenton Group, Inc. and Eight Hundred, Inc. [collectively, "the defendants"]. The defendants appeal an order denying their motion to dissolve an injunction obtained against them by the state.
