George Honts appeals the lower court's award of separate maintenance to his wife of 15 years, Bonnie. In addition to an award of separate maintenance, the lower court ordered a division of the retirement and savings account jointly accumulated during the marriage and granted Bonnie the right to record three deeds on properties allegedly owned by both George and Bonnie in Oklahoma free and clear from any claims of George.
