Terry Ellis, the natural mother of infant C. E., seeks to withdraw her consent to terminate her parental rights. She contends that Catholic Charities, the private organization that facilitated the adoption of her child duped her into signing a consent to terminate her parental rights by promising her that she would still be able to visit her child after he was adopted.
