OPINION

McGREGOR, Chief Judge.

Birth Hope Adoption Agency, Inc. ("Birth Hope") appeals from the trial court's denial of its breach of contract claim against Michael and Susan Doe ("defendants"). For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
